Terms of Service
Version 2
Welcome to TeaTop. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
How ordering works. When you place an order, you can pick it up as soon as it's ready ("ASAP") or schedule it for a later 20-minute slot — up to 7 days ahead — at the store you've selected. All orders are picked up in person at the store; we don't deliver. Pricing, taxes, and item availability are set per store and are confirmed on the checkout screen before you pay.
Payment. When you tap Place Order & Pay, your card is authorized for the full amount but not yet charged. You enter a brief cancel window (the exact length is set by each store, between 0 and 120 seconds; most stores use 60 seconds). During that window you can cancel for no charge — the authorization is voided and nothing posts to your statement.
Cancellations after the kitchen starts. Once the cancel window ends, the kitchen is notified and starts preparing your drink. At that point your card is charged and the order can no longer be canceled or refunded through the app. If something is wrong with your order, talk to the store directly — they handle case-by-case fixes outside the app.
Account & contact. You're responsible for keeping your account info accurate. We use your phone or email only to send you order updates and to recover your account.
Loyalty credits. When you redeem a free-drink credit, it's reserved at order time and consumed once the kitchen starts preparing your drink. Canceling within the cancel window returns the credit; canceling is no longer possible once preparation has started, so the credit stays consumed.
Free-drink redemption restrictions. Certain drinks may not be eligible for free-drink redemption at a given store. The current list at the store you're ordering from is shown in the app under Rewards → "Drinks not eligible," and published at https://bobahub.app/free-drink-exclusions. The list may change from time to time without notice; the then-current list governs each redemption.
Changes. We may update these terms; if the version changes, you'll be asked to accept the new terms before your next order.
